Find your oasis
Mitzvah Garden KC is a place you can come to meet amazing new people, passionate about helping the local community by providing nutritious and well-kept fruits and vegetables. You can be a part of this movement to help the hungry.
Come up to the west side of The Temple, Congregation B'nai Jehudah. You will see a large pavilion and plenty of happy workers ready to welcome you to the family! We work Sundays 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., but feel free to email mitzvahgardenkc@gmail.com with your name and when you would like to visit. There is always plenty to do any day of the week (except from Friday at sunset 'til Saturday an hour after sunset). All our volunteers know there's something magical about this garden, and we hope to meet you soon.

Garden 'rules'
At MGKC, we maintain the CDC's social distance guidelines. This includes staying six feet away from anyone at the garden, as well as wearing masks and gloves while working.
Clean up tools when the day is done.
Please, leave dogs on a leash outside the garden area.
Be kind to all, and work collaboratively.
